2016 OPC Foundation Scholars Announced

Congratulations to the 2016 winners of the OPC Foundation Scholarships.

The awards will be presented at the annual Scholarship Luncheon on Friday, February 26, 2016. Kathy Gannon, special regional Correspondent for Afghanistan and Pakistan for the Associated Press, will give the keynote address.
