Photos and Videos From the 87th OPC Awards

The OPC’s 87th Anniversary Awards Dinner, held on April 20, featured a keynote address by Julie Pace, executive editor of The Associated Press. The evening included the presentation of the President’s Award to Raney Aronson-Rath, editor-in-chief and executive producer of FRONTLINE, as well as a conversation with Maria Ressa, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and co-founder and CEO of Rappler.

The program also featured the lighting of the Press Freedom Candle and acceptance speeches from recipients of this year’s 22 awards honoring excellence in international journalism. The evening was emceed by Richard Engel of NBC News.
