OPC Remembers Boutros Boutros-Ghali
Former United Nations Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali died on Feb. 16 at the age of 93. He was head of the UN from 1992 to 1996, tumultuous years that included the end of the Cold War war as well as genocide in Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia.
