The OPC is saddened to hear that OPC member Wilbur Landrey died on Sept. 29. at age 93.
Landrey was foreign editor and columnist of the Tampa Bay Times (formerly the St. Petersburg Times,) from 1975 to 1996. From 1944 to 1975, he was a reporter and editor for UPI, rising to the position of foreign editor.
