Click the window below to watch our livestream of the 84th OPC Annual Awards to honor the past year’s finest international reporting.

Alessandra Galloni, the editor-in-chief for Reuters and a past OPC Award winner, will deliver a keynote address during the program while Christiane Amanpour, veteran foreign correspondent and CNN’s chief international anchor, will be presented this year’s President’s Award.

The OPC Press Freedom Candle honoring journalists who have been killed, injured or imprisoned in the past year will be lighted by Oksana Markarova, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States.

The OPC Awards judging process is led by John Daniszewski, vice president and editor-at-large for standards of The Associated Press. The entries are reviewed by more than 100 jury members from across the profession with deep experience in international journalism.

Please follow conversations on Twitter @opcofamerica and tweet using #OPCAwards84.
